Cooking in the summer you can be unbearable. Start your meal with vegetable and fruits that are cut up and some green. Keep yourself from cooking and make slow-roasted meat like chicken otherwise soups from the crock pot. You can always buy per-prepped foods from the grocery to cut down time spent in the kitchen.
